Whereas: The Town of Cornwall desires consistency in the placement and installation of speed humps in the Town,
And Whereas: The Town of Cornwall Infrastructure Committee has considered, and agrees with, the proposed guidelines,
Therefore, be it Resolved: That the Town of Cornwall adopt the Speed Hump Policy and Procedure for Installation of Speed Humps dated January 20, 2021 and as considered at the Infrastructure Committee meeting held on January 7, 2021,
And be it further Resolved: That these guidelines are effective as of the date of this resolution, January 20, 2021.
