# Current Development Bylaw and Official Plan (April 7, 2022 and Amendments July 31, 2024)
The Zoning and Subdivision Control (Development) Bylaw (2021) and the Official Plan were approved by the Minister of Agriculture and Land on April 7, 2022. The previous Development Bylaw and Official Plan are no longer in effect. An amendment to the 2021 Official Plan and Development Bylaw was approved by the Minister on July 31, 2024.
