## Town of Souris By-laws BY-LAW No. 85-4 ## GARBAGE BURNING No person shall, without prior written consent of the Town Council, burn or cause to be burned or incinerate, grass or garbage whether or not the garbage or grass originates from or is situate on either commercial, residential or recreational property within the Town without having first obtained approval from the Fire Chief of the Town who shall determine the type of incinerator to be used. In the event of a violation of this by-law, a fine of $50.00 for the first offence and $100.00 for each subsequent offence shall be levied against either the person who violates this bylaw or the property owner involved in the violation of the bylaw.
