## ANIMAL CONTROL BYLAW AMENDMENT
## BYLAW NUMBER 26 B
A Bylaw to amend the Stratford Animal Control Bylaw, Bylaw # 26, to change the dog license renewal due date.
This, Cap. C- made under the authority of the Chartonetown Area Municipalities Ac RSPE.
BE IT ENACTED by the Council of the Town of Stratford that the Animal Control Bylaw, Bylaw #26, be amended as follows:
- Bylaw No. 26, the Animal Control Bylaw (the "Bylaw") is hereby amended by deleting the words in "Section 7 (b) "the owner shall renew the license by March 31", and replacing them with 'the owner shall renew the license by May 31."
The 1" reading of this bylaw was approved by Council at a meeting held on June 17, 2015.
The 2"d reading of this bylaw was approved by Council at a meeting held on July 8, 2015.
This bylaw was formally adopted by Council at a meeting held on July 8, 2015.
This bylaw is hereby declared to be passed and proclaimed as a bylaw of the Town of Stratford on this day of July 2015.
