ATTENDU QU'avis de motion du présent
règlement a été donné et que le projet de
règlement a été déposé à une séance
ordinaire du Conseil tenue le 25 novembre
2025; et
WHEREAS notice of motion of the present
by-law was given and its draft was tabled at
a regular meeting of Council held on
November 25, 2025; and
ATTENDU QUE l'objet et la portée du

en faire partie intégrante.
The rates for the sale of documents, and
miscellaneous items are listed in Schedule
"F" of the present by-law to form an integral
part thereof.
ARTICLE 7

Les tarifs applicables en matière de frais, de
licences et d'immatriculations apparaissent à
l'annexe « G » du présent règlement pour en
faire partie intégrante.
The rates for the fees, licences and
registrations are listed in Schedule "G" of the
present by-law to form an integral part
thereof.
ARTICLE 8
SECTION 8
La taxe sur les produits et services (TPS) et
la taxe de vente du Québec (TVQ) seront
appliquées au tarif, si applicable.
The goods and services tax (GST) and the
Quebec sales tax (QST) will be applied to the
rate, if applicable.
ARTICLE 9
SECTION 9
Sous réserves d'une disposition contraire,
toute somme exigible est payable avant la
délivrance du bien ou du service requis ou s'il
s'agit d'une activité, avant la participation à
cette activité sous réserve de l'impossibilité
par la Ville de percevoir le tarif exigible avant
l'événement occasionnant la délivrance du
bien, du service ou le début de l'activité.
Except as otherwise provided, any amount
payable shall be paid before the issuance of
the good or service required or in the case of
an activity, before the participation to this
activity provided that the City is unable to
collect the required rate before the event
resulting in the delivery of the good, of the
service or the start of the activity.

Dans le cas où la Ville n'a pu percevoir le tarif
fixé au préalable, la personne responsable
du paiement est tenue de l'acquitter dans les
30 jours suivant la réception d'une facture à
cet effet.
In the case where the City could not collect
the fixed rate beforehand, the person in
charge of the payment shall proceed with the
payment
within
30 days
following
the
reception of an invoice to this effect.

présent règlement, les tarifs applicables sont

résolutions tarifaires qui étaient en vigueur
au 31 décembre 2001 et qui sont demeurés
applicables au territoire de la nouvelle Ville
de Dollard-des-Ormeaux.
For all services not included in the present
by-law, the applicable rates are covered by
the by-laws and resolutions that were in force
on December 31, 2001, and have remained
applicable throughout the territory of the new
City of Dollard-des-Ormeaux.
ARTICLE 12
SECTION 12

cas
d'incompatibilité
entre

dispositions du présent règlement et celles
de tout autre règlement, les dispositions du
présent règlement prévalent.
In case of incompatibility between provisions
of the present by-law and those of any other
by-law, provisions of the present by-law

NOTES
1. Les groupes de jeunes ne sont pénalisés d'aucune façon dans le cas où le pourcentage de
participation de résident est inférieur à 60 % si le groupe représente la seule possibilité pour
les jeunes de Dollard-des-Ormeaux de pratiquer le sport en question. Cependant, les groupes
doivent encourager la participation de résidents et ne doivent refuser en aucun temps un
résident de Dollard-des-Ormeaux pour favoriser un non-résident.
Cette règle s'applique aussi à un certain nombre d'activités comme le patinage de vitesse, la
ringuette, le water-polo, la natation ainsi que la nage synchronisée. /
Youth participation groups, which provide the only opportunity for Dollard-des-Ormeaux youth
to practice the sport in question, are not penalized for having less than 60% resident
participation, however they must encourage resident participation and may not turn away
Dollard-des-Ormeaux residents in favour of non-residents.
This currently applies to a number of indoor activities, such as Speed Skating, Ringuette, Water
Polo, Swimming and Synchronized Swimming.

Les tarifs « résidants » s'appliquent seulement aux personnes qui résident présentement à
Dollard-des-Ormeaux. Cependant, pour un mariage, les tarifs « résidents » s'appliquent
également à toute personne dont le père ou la mère réside à Dollard-des-Ormeaux. Une
preuve de résidence est exigée pour pouvoir bénéficier des tarifs « résidants ».
All ''resident'' rates apply only to persons currently residing in Dollard-des-Ormeaux.
However, in the case of a wedding, "resident" rates also apply to any "non-resident" individual
whose father or mother resides in Dollard-des-Ormeaux. Proof of residency is required to
benefit from "resident" rates.
