Province of Quebec Mrc of Bonaventure Municipality of Hope Town BY-LAW NUMBER 2022-06 MODIFYING BY-LAW NUMBER 2011.09.99 <<URBAN PLAN>> OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF HOPE TOWN
CONSIDERING The modification of the revised development and sustainable development plan of the MRC of Bonaventure aimed at modifying the limits of major allocations and the unstructured islets entered into force in accordance with the law on March 22nd, 2022;
CONSIDERING under the provisions of article 109 of the law on planning and urban planning, the municipality of Hope Town can modify the content of its urban plan in order to adapt it to the content of the revised sustainable development and development plan of the MRC of Bonaventure;
IN CONSEQUENCE It is proposed by Joanne Ross Seconded by Elizabeth Thériault
And it is resolved unanimously by the members of council that the by-law number 2022-06 modifying by-law number 2011.09.99 (urban plan) of the Municipality of Hope Town be adopted and
Article 1
Plan number AF-2009-06.11 «Municipality of Hope Town land use»> forming an integral part of by-law 2011.09.99 (urban plan) of the municipality of Hope Town, is repealed and replaced by the plan number AF-2021-06.11 < Land use of the municipal territory (private tenure) of the municipality of Hope Town»> this, as reproduced in Appendix A of this draft by-law.
In consequence, plan number <<AF-2009-06.11»> mentioned at the end of the 2nd paragraph of the second part «< land use and land use densities>> of by-law number 2011.09.99 (urban plan) of the municipality of Hope Town, is repealed and replaced by the plan number <<Af-2021-06.11>>.
Article 2
The present by-law will enter into force in accordance with the law.
Adopted at the regular meeting of the Hope Town Municipal Council on January 11th, 2023, at the Hope Town Municipal Council Hall.
