BY-LAW NO. 9/98
## A BY-LAW TO REGULATE THE USE OF ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES
The Council of the town of Aberdeen, in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. In this By-law:
2. "All Terrain Vehicle" means all terrain vehicles as defined in The All Terrain Vehicles Act.
3. "Highway" means highvar as defined in The Highways Act.
2. A person is authorized to operate an All Terrain Vehicle on any highway and/or street and/or alley within the Corporate limits of the Town of Aberdeen provided all Regulations are adhered to in The All Terrain Vehicles Act.
3. No person shall operate an All Terrain Vehicle within the limits of the Town of Aberdeen betusen the hours of 10:30 PM and 7:00 AN.
