4. RESORT VILLAGE OF BEAVER FLAT BYLAW NO. 9/97 A BYLAW TO RESTRICI ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE IN THE RESORT VILLAGE OF BEAVER FLAT The Council of the Resort Village of Beaver Flat in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts Interpretation 1. For ## the Purpose of this bylaw the expression: (a) "All Terrain Vehicle" means all terrain vehicle as deiined in The All Terrain Vehicle Act (b) (c) "Crown Land" means Crown Land as defined in the ## Highway Traffic Act - "Highway" means a highway as defined in the Highway l'raffic Act (a) "Private Land" means land other than public land (e) - "public Land " means public land as defined in The - Terrain Vehicles Act (E) "Vehicle" means a vehicle as defined in the Highway Trafiic Act 2.. No person shall operate an all terrain vehicle on any private - or public property within the corporate limits of the Resort Village of Beaver Flat 3. No person shall operate an all terrain vehicle on any owned or leased property within the corporate limits of the Resort Village of Beaver Flat - No person shall operate an all terrain vehicle on any Crown Land which parcels of land are within the Resort Village of Beaver Flat 5. Any person in violation of this Bylaw shall be subject to punishment under the General Penalties Bylaw No. 1/97. 2.
