## BYLAW NO 1-18 VILLAGE OF BELLE PLAINE ## A BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF BELLE PLAINE TO PROVIDE INTEREST ON OVERDUE UTILITY ACCOUNTS The Council of the Village of Belle Plaine, in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows: 1. That this bylaw shall be known as the "Interest bylaw". 2. An amount of 2% per month with a maximum of 24% per year, will be added to all utility accounts once they enter 30 days overdue. 3. The rates, charges, tolls or rent contained within this bylaw shall come into focus and take effect on the day of approval being issued by the local government agency. 4.
