## TOWN OF BIENFAIT
## A BYLAW TO CONTROL THE SALE AND USE OF FIREWORKS WITHIN THE TOWN LIMITS
The Council of the Town of Bienfait, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
1. The sale of all types of fireworks is prohibited within the limits/jurisdictional boundaries of the Town of Bienfait.
2. The setting off of fireworks within the limits of the Town of Bienfait is prohibited, except as provided in paragraph three (3) hereunder.
3. i. Clubs and Organizations may hold displays of fireworks within the limits of the Town of Bienfait, provided written permission is first obtained from the Council of the Town of Bienfait. ii Individuals may hold displays of fireworks within the limits of the Town of Bienfait for special occasions such as anniversaries and weddings, provided written permission is first obtained from the Council of the Town of Bienfait
4. Anyone violating the provisions of this Bylaw shall be liable for cach offence to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars (S100.00), and not more than two thousand five hundred dollars (S2,500.00).
5. This Bylaw shall come into force and effect upon the final passing by the Council for the Town of Bientait.
