<!-- image --> ## Town of Blaine Lake Bylaw #16/2022 ## A Bylaw of the Town of Blaine Lake in the Province of Saskatchewan being a Bylaw to Provide for a Waterworks Capital Investment Strategy The Council of the Town of Blaine Lake in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows: - That the objective of the Waterworks Capital Investment Strategy is to address anticipated waterworks infrastructure maintenance, the immediate drinking water infrastructure problems and future infrastructure replacements in a timely fashion so as to ensure the municipal waterworks provides safe drinking water to residents. - Council will adopt a policy to set water rates that will cover present waterworks costs and allow any amounts collected above annual waterworks costs to be set arise as waterworks reserve.
