BYLAW NO. 747
A BYLAW TO ADOPT AN OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN
The Council of the Town of Davidson in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. This bylaw may be cited as the "Town of Davidson Official Community Plan";
2. The Town of Davidson Official Community Plan is adopted to provide a framework
to guide and evaluate future development within the Municipality, as shown on
Schedule A, attached to and forming part of this bylaw;
3. Bylaw No. 480 and all subsequent amendments are hereby repealed.
4. This bylaw shall come into force on the date of final approval by the Minister.
