Barking/Howling (i) No person who owns, keeps, harbours, or allows a dog to stay in his/her premises shall allow such dog to bark or howl excessively. (ii) Any person who allows a dog to bark/howl excessively shall be deemed guilty of an infraction of this Bylaw.

All offences thereafter - $200.00/each. (3) Section 4(b)(ii) - Failure to Remove Feces on Private or Public Property; Section 4(c)(ii) - Allowing accumulation of feces; or Section 4 (d)(i) - Failure to Dispose of Feces in a Sanitary Manner.
First Offence - $100.00
Section 5(b) - Animal running at large.

## VIOLATIONS
A person who contravenes any of the following provisions of this Bylaw shall be guilty of one has not yet been purchased.
The municipality may, in its sole discretion, destroy, find a suitable home for or turn over to the SPCA any animal which has not been claimed within One Hundred Sixty Eight (168) hours. fully complied with. In an emergency, the municipality may take whatever actions or measures are necessary to eliminate the emergency in accordance with Section 367 of The Municipalities Act. Any unpaid expenses and costs incurred by the municipality in ensuring that an order given under this Bylaw is fully complied with may be recovered either: (1) by civil action for debt in a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with Section 368 of The Municipalities Act; or (2) by adding the amount to the taxes on the property on which the work is done in accordance with Section 369 of The Municipalities Act.

REPEAL BYLAWS Bylaw Number 5-2008, 7-2018 and 1-2021 are hereby repealed.
10.
SEVERABILITY
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or other portion of this Bylaw is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by a Court of competent jurisdiction, that portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and the holding of the Court shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the Bylaw.

A violator of this Bylaw, upon being served with a Notice of Violation in Form "1" attached to and forming part of this Bylaw, may, during office hours, voluntarily pay the penalty at the office of the municipality. Voluntary payment of a penalty within 10 days of the issuance of a Notice of Violation will reduce the penalty by 50%.
All municipal pound fees shall apply in addition to any fees charged by the SPCA.
