Short Title
This Bylaw may be cited as "The Fireworks Regulation Bylaw".

## Validity of Bylaw
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this bylaw is for any reason found invalid by decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Bylaw.

The Municipality or Delisle and District Fire Department may recover all costs and expenses incurred if required to respond to a fireworks incident, ie: fire, injuries, due 1o contravention of this bylaw. This would be above and beyond fines imposed for contravening this bylaw.
