Sections 13 & 14, Municipalities Act
A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF FOAM LAKE TO PROVIDE FOR THE SETTING OF BULK WATER RATES AND CHARGES FOR ACCESS TO THE BULK WATER SYSTEM UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE MUNICIPALITIES ACT, SECTIONS 8 & 23.
1. Short Title: This bylaw may be cited as the Bulk Water Rates Bylaw
- Purpose: The purpose of this bylaw is to establish a fair and equitable rate structure fo sers of the Town of Foam Lake's bulk water dispensing system, distinguishing betwee residential and commercial users, and between those who reside within and outside the

4. "Town" means the Town of Foam Lake.

4. Bulk Water Rates:
- The rate for bulk water purchases for residential ratepayers of the Town of Foa ake shall be as follow
- b. A 5% annual increase in the rate shall apply on January 1s' of each year, beginning January 1, 2026, and continuing until January 1, 2028.
- C. Commercial Users and Non-Ratepayers shall pay 1.5 times the current residential Ratepayer rate per US gallon as follows: Here's the equivalent:

## 5. Fob and Payment System Set-Up Fee:
- b. If a fob is lost or if additional fobs are required, each replacement or additional fob shall be purchased at a cost of $25.00 per fob.
- a. Any user wishing to purchase water through the bulk water system using a fob or credit card payment must pay a one-time set-up fee of $25.00. This fees covers the setup and the cost of the initial fob.
3. . The rates and charges contained in this bylaw shall come into force and take effect on th day of approval being issued by the Local Government Committee of the Saskatchewar Municipal Board.
