(SEAL) ## BYLAW NO. 04/2002 The Council of the Northern Village of Green Lake in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. In this Bylaw: 2. (a) "all terrain vehicle" means all terrain vehicle as defined in The All Terrain Vehicles Act 3. (b) "Crown Land" means Crown Land as defined in The Highway Traffic 4. (c) "highway" means a highway as defined in The Highway Traffic Act 5. (e) "public land" means public land as defined in The All Terrain Vehicles Act 6. (d) "private land" means land other than public land 7. (f) "vehicle" means a vehicle as defined in The Highway Traffic Act 2. No person shall operate an all terrain vehicle on any private property within the corporate limits of the Northern Village of Green Lake, unless permission of the owner is obtained. 3. No person, under the age of sixteen, shall operate an all terrain vehicle on any public property within the corporate limits of the Northern Village Of Green Lake. 10. No person, under the age of sixteen, shall operate an all terrain vehicle on any Crown Land located within the corporate limits of the Northern Village Of Green Lake. 5. Any person with a valid driver's licence is authorized to operate an all terrain vehicle on any portions of Highway Number 55 and Highway Number 155, located within the corporate limits of the Northern Village Of Green Lake, as per The All Terrain Vehicles Act.
