<!-- image --> Phone 223-4343 Box 189, SOK 2HO Laird, Sask. VILLAGE OF LAIRD BYLAW NO. 88 - 4 A BYLAW TO REGULATE ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF LAIRD. The Council of the Village of Laird in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: ## 1. In this bylaw: - (a) "all terrain vehicle" means all terrain vehicle as defined in The All Terrain Vehicles Act. - (b) " street" means any surveyed or other commonly used roadway, including alleys, within the Village of Laird. 2. A person is authorized to operate an all terrain vehicle on any street within the Village of laird. 3. A person shall operate an all terrain vehicle on any other land within the Village of Laird only with the permission of the landowner. 4. A person shall operate an all terrain vehicle within the Village of Laird only between the hours from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.
