## VILLAGE OF LAIRD BYLAW #2012-01 BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF LAIRD, IN THE PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN, TO HAVE UTILITY CONSUMERS SELF-READ AND REPORT WATER METER READINGS QUARTERLY, AND TO CHARGE A METER READING FEE. The Council of the Village of Laird in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows: 1. For the purpose of this bylaw, the expression: (a)"Municipality" shall mean the Village of Laird 2. Water meters shall be read quarterly and reported to the Village of Laird Office by the consumer. If the consumer refuses to self-read their water meter on a quarterly basis, they may be charged a $5.00 fee when a Municipal employee is required to read the meter. Such charge shall be added to and included in the Utility charges and collected in the same manner. 3.
