## BYLAW NO. 3 - 80
- A BYLAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A COMMERCIAL BUILDING
The council of the Village of Lang, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
1. No person or persons shall construct a commercial building in the Village of lang unless the exterior walls are constructed of fire proof construction.
2. 'he foundation of the building must be suitable for the type of construction.
3. A person found guilty of an infraction of any provision of this bylaw shall be liable to the penalties provided in the general penalty bylaw of the village.
