TOWN OF LEADER
BYLAW NO. 01/13

A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF LEADER IN THE PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN TO
CONTROL THE USE OF FIREWORKS WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF
LEADER.
The Council of the Town of Leader enacts as follows:
1. The setting off of fireworks within the limits of the Town of Leader is
prohibited, except as provided in Paragraph two (2) hereunder.
2. Displays of fireworks may be held within the limits of the Town of Leader by
Clubs or Organizations, provided written permission is first obtained from
the Council of the Town of Leader.
3. Any one violating the provisions of this Bylaw shall be liable for each
offence, to a fine of not less than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars, and not
more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars.
4. This Bylaw shall come into force on the day of the third and final reading by
Council in the Town of Leader.
5. Bylaw No. 06/08 is hereby repealed.
