BYLAW NO. 3/2002 A BYLAW TO REGULATE ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES The Council of the Village of Leask in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows: 1. In this Bylaw: (a) "all terrain vehicle" means all terrain vehicle as defined in The All Terrain Vehicles Act. (b) "Crown Land" means a highway as defined in The Highway Traffic Act. (c) "highway" means a highway as defined in The Highway Traffic Act. (d) "private land" means land other than public land. (e) "public land" means public land as defined in The All Terrain Vehicles Act. (f) "vehicle" means a vehicle as defined in The Highway Traffic Act. 2. No person shall operate an all terrain vehicle on any private property within the corporate limits of the Village of Leask unless permission of the owner is obtained. 3. No person shall operate an all terrain vehicle on any public property within the corporate limits of the Village of Leask. 4. No person shall operate an all terrain vehicle on any Crown Land. 5. A person is authorized to operate an all terrain vehicle on any highway within the Village of Leask.
