A BYLAW TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE REGINA HEALTH
DISTRICT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FIRE FIGHTING
SERVICE/MUTUAL AID
The Council of the Village of Lipton, of the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
SHORT TITLE
1. This bylaw may be cited as the 911 Emergency Communications Bylaw.
GENERAL
1. The Village of Lipton is hereby authorized to enter into agreement, attached hereto and
forming part of this bylaw and identified as "Exhibit A" with the following:
Regina Health District
P.O. Box 3930
Regina, Saskatchewan
S4P 3R8
for the purposes stated within the agreement.
2. The Mayor and Administrator of the Village of Lipton are hereby authorized to sign and
execute the attached agreement identified as "Exhibit A".
3. Bylaw No. 2, 2003 is hereby repealed.
