## Waterwolf Official Community Plan Bylaw THE VILLAGE of LUCKY LAKE BYLAW NO. 2021-003 A BYLAW TO ADOPT THE WATERWOLF PLANNING DISTRICT OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN. The Council for the Village of Lucky Lake in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows: This bylaw shall be known as the "Waterwolf OCP Plan Bylaw". 1. Bylaw 2013-001 is hereby repealed. 2. Pursuant to Section 29 and 32 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007 the Council of the Village of Lucky Lake hereby adopts the Official Community Plan, identified as Schedule "A" to this bylaw. 3. The Mayor and CAO are hereby authorized to sign and seal Schedule "A" which is attached to and forms part of this bylaw. 4. This bylaw shall come into force on the date of final approval by the Minister of Government Relations. Read a first time the 11th day of October, 2021. Read a second time the 13* day of December, 2021. Read a third time the 131 day of December, 2021.
