RESORT VILLAGE OF MANITOU BEACH BYLAW NO. 17/2003 A BYLAW OF THE RESORT VILLAGE OF MANITOU BEACH, IN THE PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN TO PROVIDE FOR CONNECTIONS TO WATERWORKS, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWERS. The Council of the Resort Village of Manitou Beach, under Section 49(1) of The Local Improvement Act, 1993 in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. All property owners within the municipality shall be required to connect to the municipality water works, sanitary sewer and storm sewer systems. 2. The connections must be of the type approved by the municipality as constructed or as they may be extended from time to time. Penalty Clause 3. Under Section 61(1) of The Local Improvement Act, 1993, any person who fails to comply with any provision of this bylaw is guilty of an offense and is liable on summary convictions to a fine of not more than $500.00, and in the case of a continuing offense to a further fine of nor more than $75.00 each day during which the offense continues. 4.
