CITY OF MELFORT BYLAW NO. 2008-16 A BYLAW OF THE CITY OF MELFORT TO PROVIDE FOR THE LICENSING OF TRAILER PARKS AND CAMPS The Council of the City of Melfort in the Province of Saskatchewan in open meeting hereby enacts as follows: 1. The owner or operator of every trailer park or camp used for residential purposes within the confines of the City of Melfort shall obtain a license from the License Inspector of the City of Melfort. 2. The owner or operator of the trailer park or camp is responsible for remitting a monthly trailer fee to the City, as prescribed by Schedule "A" of this Bylaw, as well as all information required by the City. 3. The fees prescribed by Schedule "A" of this Bylaw shall be based on the floor area of the trailer or mobile home used for residential purposes calculated from its outside dimensions. 4. Any person found guilty of an infraction of any provision of this Bylaw shall be subject to the penalties provided for in the General Penalty Bylaw of the City of Melfort. 5. This Bylaw shall come into force and take effect on July 1, 2008. 6. That Bylaw No. 2008-07 is hereby repealed. INTRODUCED AND READ a first time this 30 th day of April, 2008.
