A BYLAW RESTRICTING THE OPERATION OF ALL TERRIAN VEHICLES: OR ANY OTHER MOTORIZED VECHILE USED FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES. Under section 10 Subsection (1) and (2) and Section (11 ) subsection (1) of the All Terrian Vehicle Act the Town of Midale enacts as follows; the provisions of the Highway Traffic Act. - a) High does not inade a pret onal hip hay therein is themated parisant to b) Municipality means the Town of Midale. c.) All Terrian Vehicles means any a self propelled vehicle that: surfaces: and (i) is designed primarily for the movement of people or goods on unprepared (i) has wheels in contact with the ground. and includes (ill) a restricted use motorcycle: (iv) a mini -bike and (v) all terrain cycle But does not include. (vi) a golf cart (vii) a snowmobile as defined in the Snowmobile Act. (viii) an agricultural implement or special mobile machine as defined in the Highway Traffic Act. No person shall operate an all terrain vehicle within the boundaries of the municipality of Midale. 1. a) Any person or persons who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this bylaw is guilty of an offense and liable on summary conviction as set out in section 4.
