A BYLAW TO CONTROL THE USE OF FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS WITHIN THE TOWN OF MIDALE:
PURSUANT TO SECTION 137 and 138 of THE URBAN MUNICIPALITY ACT ( 1984) THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MIDALE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Subject to the provisions of Section 3, no person or persons shall discharge or use any firearm, air gun, spring gun, pellet gun, B B gun, paint ball gun or any device capable of discharging projectiles of any type with the Town of Midale.
2. No person or persons under the age of eighteen years shall be in possession of firearm, air gun, spring gun, pellet gun, B B gun, paint ball gun or any device capable of discharging projectiles of any type within the Town of Midale unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Any person shall have the device taken away and upon summary conviction be liable for a fine set out in Appendix "A" of this
3.The Council may authorize a designated officer of the Town of Midale to issue to practice or similar activities.
