## A BYLAW RESPECTING FIREWORKS
The council of the Resort Village of Mistusinne in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
## DEFINITIONS
1. In this Bylaw, unless the context otherwise requires, the expression:
2. (a) "fireworks" means firecrackers, rocket, squib or any other object or substance designed to be exploded or burned to produce noises or brilliant lighting effects and does not include paper
3. (b) "fireworks display" shall mean a display of fireworks for the

2. No person shall set off, detonate, ignite or cause to be exploded any fireworks in the Resort Village of Mistusinne unless:
2. (a) it takes place on the beach area,
3. (b) it occurs between 9 a.m. and midnight; and
4. (c) that this section shall not apply to a fireworks display approved by Council in Form 'A'.
3. The Council of the Resort Village of Mistusinne reserves the right by resolution to temporarily ban the use of any fireworks should conditions warrant it.
## FIREWORKS DISPLAYS
4. (a) The Council of the Resort Village of Mistusinne may, at their discretion, issue a permit in writing, in Form "A", authorizing a fireworks display under the supervision of a responsible adult.

3. (c) A permit issued under clause (a) of this section shall prescribe the conditions which a display of fireworks may be held in the Resort Village of Mistusinne and no person shall conduct a display of fireworks in contravention of such prescribed conditions.
