BYLAW NO. 3-70 A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF NAICAM TO CONTROL THE SALE AND DISCHARGE OF VARIOUS TYPES OF EXPIDSIVES IN THE TOWN OF NAICAM The COUNCIL OF THE TCWN OF NAICAM ENACTS AS FOLLONS: 1. That no person shall have for sale in the town any type of firecrackers, roman candles, pin wheels, or other explosives defined as "Shop Goods" under the Explosives Act (in Canada). 2. That no person shall discharge a:rry type of firecrackers, roman candles, pin wheels, or other explosives in the town of Naicam. J. Notwithstanding Section 2 of this bylaw, organizations or groups of persons may at councils discretion receive a pe:nnit, following application to council, to hold fireworks displays in conjunction with celebrations such as sports days, etc. 4. Any person or persons found guilty of any villation of this bylaw shall be be liable to the penalties provided in the gBBeral penalty bylaw of the Town of Naicam.
