## BYLAW NO. 1-2010 ## A BYLAW TO REGULATE THE MOVING AND DEMOLITION OF BUILDING WITHIN THE BOUNDRIES OF THE RESORT VILLAGE OF NORTH GROVE The Council of the Resort Village of North Grove in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows: This Bylaw to ensure that all roadways, road allowances and public property remain undamaged and free of debris due to the moving or demolition of buildings as described in this bylaw. Buildings may be described as but not limited to: - A. Permanent or seasonal residents - B. Garages - C. Guest houses - D. Storage sheds over 100 sq. feet - E. Boat houses - F. Car ports - G. All sheds and storage buildings (where permitted) on village or public reserve property ## REGULATIONS There shall be no movement or demolition of any buildings as prescribed in this bylaw within the boundaries of the Resort Village of North Grove without the completion of the following: - ·A. Completion of the Application for a Permit for Moving or Demolition of a Building. Form C - B. Payment of the prescribed permit fee - C. Payment of the demolition or removal deposit (refund returned within 30 days of completion of project, subject to a satisfactory inspection by the Resort Village of North Grove) - D. Receipt of the Demolition or Moving Permit.
