## BYLAW NO. 193 A BYLAW IO PROHIBIT THE BURNING OF RUBBISH OR WASTE MATERIAL WITHIN THE TOWN BOUNDARIES. The council of the Town of Ogema in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows: - I. The burning of rubbish or flammable material is prohibited within the boundaries of the Town of Ogema. 2. No person shall start the burning of straw, weeds, leaves, wood, grass or fire a stubble field within the boundaries of the Town of Ogema. 3. A person who contravenes the provisions of this bylaw is guilty of an offence and upon conviction, shall be liable to the penalty provided for by the General Penalty Bylaw of the municipality. 4.
