## BYLAW NO. 18(2022)
## A BYLAW TO ADOPT THE WATERWOLF DISTRICT OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN
The Council for the Town of Outlook in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 29 and 32 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007 the Council of the Town of Outlook hereby adopts the District Official Community Plan, identified as Schedule "A" to this bylaw.
2. The Mayor and the Administrator are authorized to sign the Agreement on behalf of the Town of Outlook.
3. This Bylaw shall come into force and effect on the date of final approval by the Minister of Government Relations.
