THE RESORT VILLAGE OF PELICAN POINTE BYLAW NO 07-2021 A BYLAW TO AMEND THE ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES (ATV) BYLAW 05-2021 The Council of the Resort Village of Pelican Pointe in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows: Definitions: All Terrain Vehicle are considered to be motorized vehicles often referred to as quads or side by sides, but do not include golf carts or two or three-wheeled vehicles. That the All Terrain Vehicles Act is the official legislation as it relates to the operation of ATV's in Saskatchewan. As Per Section 9 of the ATV Act, The Council for the Resort Village of Pelican Pointe permits the operation of ATV's within the municipal boundaries of the resort village. ATV's can be driven on municipal roads and trails and parked in approved parking areas only. Repeal Bylaw 05-2021, Bylaw 05-2021 adopted on 9th day of June, 2021, is hereby repealed.
