A Bylaw to Repeal Bylaw 8/15
A Bylaw to prohibit the Discharge of Firearms, Air guns or explosives and to regulate the Sale of Fireworks in the Town of Raymore
The council of the Town of Raymore, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts the follows:
No person shall discharge any firearm, air gun, BB gun, 22 rifle or any other gun within the limits of the Town of Raymore. An exception to this section is with the approval of Town Council.
No person shall sell, trade or distribute fireworks in the Town of Raymore to anyone under 18 years of age.
Any person guilty of an infraction of this Bylaw shall be liable to penalties provided in the General Penalty Bylaw of the Town of Raymore.
Bylaws 5/08 and 8/15 are hereby repealed.
