BYLAW NO. 9847 WATER AND SEWER UTILITY BYLAW _______________________________________ THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REGINA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1.Pursuant to section 198 of The Urban Municipality Act, 1984, the Water Utility continued by Bylaw 8942, and the Sewer Utility continued by Bylaw 5601, shall be combined, and shall be managed and operated as a single public utility service referred to as the Water and Sewer Utility. 2.This Bylaw comes into force on January 1, 1997.
