## BYLAW NO. 2015-03 ## A BYLAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE CONTROL OF DOGS RUNNING AT LARGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY. The Council of the Rural Municipality of Aberdeen No. 373 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows: 1. vo dog shall run at large in the Municipalit o dale emmed are in the at carly, en to the purpose of thiaries or, a land occupied by the owner, possessor or harbourer of the dog, or beyond the boundaries of any lands where it may be with the permission of the owner or occupant of the said land and when it is not under control by being: - a) in direct and continuous charge of a person competent to control it; or - b) securely confined within an enclosure; or - c) securely fastened so that it cannot roam at will. 5. A person who owns, possess, or harbors a dog found running at large shall be deemed guilty of an infraction of this Bylaw. 6. A person who contravenes any of the provisions of this Bylaw, shall be guilty of an offence and upon conviction, shall be liable to a penalty of $150.00 7. A violator of this Bylaw, upon being served with a Notice of Violation, may, during office hours, voluntarily pay the penalty at the Municipal Office, and upon payment as so provided, that personal shall not be liable to prosecution of the 8. The Notice of Violation shall be in Form "A" attached to and forming part of this Bylaw. 9. This bylaw shall come into force upon final approval of Council. ## 8.
