## BYLAH NO. 8904 A BYLAW OF THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF ABERDEEN NO. 373 IN THE PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN CONCERNING THE APPOINTMENT OF AN AGRICULTURE, DEVELOPMENT AND DIVERSIFICATION BOARD The Council of the Rural Municipality of Aberdeen No. 373, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: ## 1. PURPOSE: The purpose of this bylaw is to enable the council to enter an agreement with neighboring municipalities to work towards joint efforts in agriculture, development and diversification. ## 2. MUNICIPAL MEMBERSHIP ON DISTRICT BOARD: The R.M. of Aberdeen No. 373, by this bylaw, voluntarily makes application for membership on, and thereby enters into an inter-municipal agreement with the , following neighboring municipalities, for operation of Agriculture, Development and Diversification District Board Number $22: R.M. '5 * 314, 341, 342, 343, 344, 345, 371 and 372 ## 3. (ii) The annual meeting of the District Board shall be held no later than 90 days following January Ist. Membership will cease at the end of the fiscal year. ## 4. GENERAL.
