## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF ANTLER NO. 61
## A BYLAW TO PROVIDE FOR REGULATIONS REGARDING THE MUNICIPAL WATER WELL
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Antler, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
The Municipality has set forth the following regulations for ratepayers utilizing the municipal water well located on the SE 19-07-31 W1M:
1. This well shall be made available for ratepayers of the Rural Municipality of Antler No. 61;
2. This well shall be used for household use only;
3. This well shall not be utilized for any agricultural spraying, any commercial purposes, i.e. water hauling business commercial spraying, oil field drilling or construction, contracting business or any other type of commercial business;
4. No one shall enter onto the premises surrounding the municipal well while in the possession of any chemicals or components used as a herbicide, insecticide or pesticide, or any containers used in the transport of these chemicals; or with equipment used in any manner for the spraying of herbicides, insecticides or pesticides.
5. Any person who contravenes the provisions of this bylaw is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to the penalties imposed in the General Penalty Bylaw of the municipality.
6. This Bylaw shall come into force and take effect from and after the day of final passing thereof and shall repeal Bylaw 2/1985 immediately.
