## BYLAW NO. 11/1999
## A BYLAW RESPECTING THE SITUATING OF BUILDINGS
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Antler No. 61 in the Province of Saskatchewan, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. In this bylaw "road" means any road allowance within this municipality, as the expression "road allowance" is defined in The Rural Municipality Act, 1989, other than a private road, a provincial highway, or a road or streets within a hamlet.
2. No building shall be situated a distance of less than 45 metres from the centre line of any road.
3. No building shall be situated a distance of less than 90 metres from an intersection of roads.
4. This bylaw does not apply with respect to buildings situated prior to the passing of this bylaw.
5. Any person who contravenes the provisions of this bylaw is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to the penalties imposed in the General Penalty Bylaw of the municipality.
6. This bylaw shall come into force and take effect from and after the day of final passing thereof.
7. Bylaw No. 15/1975 is hereby repealed.
