## BYLAW NO. 429 Building Permit Fee Bylaw
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Arlington No. 79 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
## SHORT TITLE
- 1 This bylaw may be cited as the Building Permit Fee Bylaw.
## PURPOSE OF THE BUILDING PERMIT FEE BYLAW
- 2 To set permit fees as per Section 6 of the R.M. of Arlington No. 79 Building Bylaw.
## PERMIT - FEES
- 3(1) The permit fee for construction, erection, placement, alteration, repair, renovation, or reconstruction of a building shall include:
- a. a permit administration fee for the processing, handling, and issuance of a permit:
- b. the fees for plan review, field inspections and enforcement of the Construction Codes Act, Building Code Regulations, and Energy Code Regulations, in accordance with the agreement between the provider of building official services and the R.M. of Arlington No. 79; and
- c. any mileage charged by the building official for inspections; and
- d. a deposit, if required, in an amount determined by the R.M. of Arlington No. 79.

## 4 COMING INTO FORCE
This Bylaw shall come into force and take effect on and from and after final passing thereof.
