## BYLAW NO. 13-12
## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF BEAVER RIVER # 622
## A BYLAW TÖ PROVIDE FOR THE EXCHANGE OF DEDICATED LANDS
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Beaver River # 622 in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
1. To exchange the following municipal reserve land:
- a. 3.47 acres of MR1 Plan 101997782 as shown in the Plan of Proposed subdivision prepared by Carlo S. Monette, SLS dated September 21, 2012 which forms part of this bylaw.
For the dedication as municipal reserve of the following land which has an equal or greater value:
- b. Parcel MR 2 as shown in the Plan of Proposed subdivision prepared by Carlo S. Monette, SLS dated September 21, 2012 which forms part of this bylaw.
2. That the Administrator do such other things necessary to effect the intent of this Bylaw.
3. That this Bylaw take effect upon the date it is approved by the Minister.
