## Rural Municipality of Cana No. 214
## Bylaw No. 11/2013
## A Bylaw to Establish Fees for the Provision of Tax Certificates
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Cana No. 214, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
1. This bylaw shall be referred to as the Tax Certificate Fee Bylaw
2. In this bylaw:
- a) "Act" shall mean The Municipality Act;
- b) "Municipality" shall mean the Rural Municipality of Cana No. 214
3. That upon receipt of:
- a) a request for a tax certificate, and
- b) the tax certificate fee of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for up to four (4) parcels of land,
The municipality shall provide to the applicant the requested tax
