## Bylaw 9/2016
## A Bylaw to Establish Fees for Development Permit Applications and Development Permit Issuance
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Cana No. 214, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
1. Pursuant to Zoning Bylaw No. Z2-2016, the fees for the examination and consideration of the following applications shall apply:
Service
- i) Development Permit Application, Permitted Use
2. ii) Development Permit Application, Discretionary Use
3. iii) Application to rezone land
4. iv) Application to amend Development Plan/Zoning Bylaw
2. Permit Fees are exempt from GST
3. The RM of Cana No. 214 recognizes that there is an administrative cost for the provision of specific services and that the user of these services should pay towards their cost. Accordingly, fees and charges are to be implemented and collected by of cash or cheque, prior to the delivery/receipt of the service requested.
4. Payment of the above fees shall not be presumed to constitute an approval by Council.
5. Issuance of a Development Permit does not exempt the Applicant/Developer from any required Building Permit Review and Inspection process.
6. Bylaw No. 1-2013 is hereby repealed.

7. This Bylaw shall come into force on the date of the final approval by the Rural Municipality.
