## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF CRAIK NO. 222
## BYLAW NO 2014-03
## A BYLAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE PROTECTION OF PUBLIC WATER SUPPLIES
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Craik No. 222 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. No person shall fill any chemical spray apparatus at the following public water sources:
- a. NW 08-24-27-W2 (Kearn's Well)
- NW 08-22-27-W2 (Watkin's Well)
- b. NE 14-24-29-W2 (Muirhead's Well)
- d. NW 31-22-28-W2 (Munn's Well)
6. NW 21-22-27-W2 (Padbary's Well)
2. Any person found guilty of an infraction of any of the provisions of this bylaw shall be liable to a fine as per the General Penalty Bylaw.
