## BYLAW 2-1999 RURAL MUNCIPALITY OF DUFFERIN NO. 190
## A BYLAW RESPECTING ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Dufferin No. 190 in the
Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
Under the authority and subject to the Stray Animals Act, 1977 the Council of the Rural Municipality of Dufferin No. 190 enacts as
follows:
1. Expressions used in this bylaw shall have the same meaning and interpretation as given to them by Section 2 of The Stray
2. Animals Act, 1977
2. The following animals owned by burgesses of the Municipality shall be permitted to run at large within the area herein described:
All those portions of the original road allowance and lands taken for roadway lying South of the Northerly boundaries of the SW of Section 31-19-25-2 and SE Section 36-19-26-2, and North of the Southerly boundaries of the SW 30-19-25-2 and the SE 2519-26-2.
Period: January 1 to December 31 of each year, and as long as
the Texas gate is in place.
