## BYLAW No. 4/2017
## A BYLAW RESPECTING ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE
Pursuant to The Stray Animals Act, The Council of the Rural Municipality of Eldon No. 471, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
1. Expressions used in this bylaw have the same meaning and interpretation given to them by section 2 of The Stray Animals Act.
2. The following animals are permitted to run at large in the following areas within the municipality within the following times:
- a. Cattle (mixed breeds; grazing area within the NW 26 50-23-W3 and NE 27 50-23-W3)
3. Signs shall be placed advising of 'Animals Running at Large' which will serve as warning for users of the road right of way near NW 26 50-23-W3 and NE 27 50-23W3. The owner is responsible for the purchase, installation, and maintenance of signs.
