## TAX CERTIFICATE BYLAW
## A BYLAW TO PROVIDE FOR A DESIGNATED OFFICER AND A FEE FOR ISSUING A TAX CERTIFICATE
## THE COUNCIL FOR THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF ELDON NO. 471 IN THE PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
## 1. Short Title
This Bylaw may be cited as the Tax Certificate Bylaw.
2. Purpose and Scope
2. (b) Establish a Designated Officers) for the purpose of issuing a Tax Certificate.
3. (a) Establish a Fee for the purpose of issuing a Tax Certificate
3. Fee
The Rural Municipality of Eldon No. 471 hereby sets the fee for the issuance of a Tax Certificate at $10.00 per parcel which shall be payable to the R.M. of Eldon No. 471 and accompany the request for a Tax Certificate.
## 4. Designated Officers
The Rural Municipality of Eldon No. 471 hereby designates the Administrator and/or the Assistant Administrator as the designated officers to issue a Tax Certificate.
## 5. Repeal
Bylaw No. 9-2005 and Bylaw No. 06/2000 are hereby repealed.
