The Council of the Rural Municipality of Francis No. 127 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. Rural Water Well site is located at the below legal land descriptions
- a) RM of Francis No. 127 - SE 32 13 13 W2
2. Fees for water from the water well site will be set at
- a. $7/1000 gallons or $0.007 per 1 gallon
3. The rates, charges, tolls or rents contained in this bylaw shall come into force and take effect on the 1st day of January 2025 and approval being issued by the Local Government Committee.
