## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF Francis No.127
## A BYLAW FOR THE PROTECTION OF PUBLIC WATER SUPPLIES
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Francis No. 127, in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. No person shall fill any chemical spray apparatus and/or vehicle or have chemical within a 20m radius at the following public water source:
## a. Site SE 32-13-13 W2
2. Any person found guilty of an infraction of any of the provisions of this bylaw shall be liable to a fine of up to $10,000.00.
