Bylaw No. 05-2022
## A BYLAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE PROTECTION OF PUBLIC WATER SUPPLIES
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Glen McPherson No. 46 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. No person shall fill any chemical spray apparatus at the following public water sources:
- a. Site 1 - Wallard Tankloader - NW 15-06-11 W3M Plan 101573838 Ext 5
- b. Site 2 - Billimun Tankloader - SW 07-06-09 W3M Plan 101590275 Ext 5
2. Any person found guilty of an infraction of any of the provisions of this bylaw shall be liable to a fine of $1,000.
3. This Bylaw shall come into effect on the day of its final passing.
